Ordering Information,Tips and Payment Options:I do my best to update the website as often as I can. All pieces are entirely handmade by me and most are one-of-kind. I put a lot of time and creative energy into each piece to make it special. In order to be free to create new and exciting original designs, I do not take orders. When new pieces are ready to be added to the website I send out an email notification of the date and time the update will occur.As many of you know, pieces sell out very quickly on update days, so here is some information to help you shop...All orders will be taken via Email Only, on a first come,first served basis.You can use the Email Button located at the bottom of every page or the email address below.
To improve the chances of getting something special, include, in the email, a list in order of preference: Example: "1. Fly, 2. Dream, 3. Good."
Please be patient, I will return your email as soon as I am able. I receive quite a few emails on update days and it takes some time to sift through them.
If the item you request is not available, I will email you, as soon as possible, to let you know.
If the item you request is available, I will email you a confirmation and hold the piece for 48 hours. If I do not hear back from you by then, I will make the piece available for others.
Hints on getting your email through first:1. Use your REFRESH button to reload the website at the time of the update. It will not do it automatically.
2. Use the fastest web connection you have access to.
3. Have two browser windows open, one with my website and the other with your email account open and waiting.
AOL Users: IMPORTANT!
In order for you to see the new website on update days you will need to hold down the CONTROL key and use your mouse to click on the AOL browser reload icon. This will clear your "Browser Cache" (history). Because of the way AOL manages its site, you will continue to pull up the old website if you do not clear your Browser Cache.Payment:I accept Paypal, personal checks (order shipped once check cleared), money orders, charge cards (Visa, MC and Discover).
Paypal is preferred as it allows me to ship your box out without delay. To send money using Paypal, click on the center "Paypal" icon at the bottom of this page.
